Health tips for those who work late/night shifts


Ø Drink tender coconut water in the morning

Ø Follow a healthy diet by adding more vegetables to your food

Ø Never skip your lunch; but eat less

Ø Never munch snacks at night to keep yourself awake

Ø Restrict yourself to minimum cups of tea/ coffee

Ø Avoid caffeine at least five hours before bedtime

Ø A full stomach can make you feel sleepy

Ø Get up from your chair and walk around every one or two hours

Ø Sleep at least for five hours a day

Ø Have regular health checkups to avoid problems

Ø Never consume aerated drinks during breaks at night shifts

Ø At night, the stomach and digestive process slow down, making it

difficult to digest heavy food like red meat and eggs.

Ø Answer the phone by left ear (if it works!!)

Ø Avoid medicines; at least don’t take medicine with cold water


Ø Don’t take huge meals after 5 PM (free (marriage) Dinner??)

Ø Drink more DRINKING WATER in morning and less at night

Ø Best sleeping time is 10 AM sorry!! 10 PM to 4 AM
- after meals/medicine don’t lie down immediately (possible if u take less)


Ø When cell battery is down to last bar, don’t answer the calls before charging it as the radiation is 1000 times stronger, (it saves your battery)
