201(2) Towing Charges According to the rate fixed by the State Government. Now it is Rs. 250/- for all types of vehicles.

  1. Traffic penalties are required if we want to keep roads safe...Even if innocent drivers can be affected, the target of these traffic penalties are speeding or impaired drivers.
    Also the number of careless driving Toronto cases increased lately so maybe such penalties will scare these drivers too. Moral penalties are not affecting any of us as it did in the past so only rough penalties will do this job.
